Cardiff City home concept kit revealed ahead of 2019/20 launch


New designs have been mocked up ahead of the official kit launch, which is expected in June

It's set to be a long summer ahead of Cardiff City's 2019/20 season back in the Championship, but there are a few things to look forward to over the coming weeks despite the fact there's no football action.

As well as the release of next season's fixture list , the new Bluebirds kit is likely to be unveiled in June.


The annual new strip is normally a big talking point among fans, and Request A Kit , who produce kit ideas for fans on social media, have designed some concepts to give supporters a taste of what they could look like.

Request A Kit have come up with three kits in all, and they're really rather nice.


The concept home shirt bears strong resemblance to the shirt Warnock's players donned during their Premier League campaign, with a notable change being a round-neck collar over a V-shape.

The same change appears for the concept away jersey, sticking with clear grey and silver.

A concept third kit has also been mocked up, deviating from this season's neon green, with a classic sleek black and yellow design being fronted up.

That white/silver kit is not right as they’re keeping last seasons away kit as a 3rd kit for the coming season. The others are nice though

Only ever buy the blue and retro stuff

Totally agree.

I love the black.
Would buy one and frame it and put it on my wall.

I think a lot of younger fans would buy the Black top, the older more traditional fans would stick to the blue.

Leicester have just released a pink kit so I’ve found the blue template if we are to get the same. It’s not too bad to be honest.

Leicester have just released a pink kit so I’ve found the blue template if we are to get the same. It’s not too bad to be honest.

youd be just as likely to get your crayon set out and design your own which end up being what our players wear.

Haven't got any crayons left,I ate them all yesterday but nothing wrong with Liking these kits,even tho they will not be what we end up with,certainly no harm in it,I personally think fans should be consulted when planning new kit.
