Luton and Barnsley have been promoted to the Championship tonight, after Portsmouth and Sunderland both lost their game in hand.
The League One season concludes on Saturday at 5.30pm, with Luton and Barnsley on equal points and very similar goal difference in the race for the title.
The play-offs will be contested by Portsmouth, Sunderland, Charlton and one of Doncaster or Peterborough - with Doncaster having a one point lead and vast superior goal difference going into the final day.
Bradford are the only team relegated. Three of Scunthorpe, Walsall, Plymouth, Southend, Wimbledon and Wycombe will join them.
