I genuinely believe we are now paying the price for poor summer recruitment! I love Warnock and I think when he feels he can’t take the team any further he’ll leave. Whatever happens we need to improve our scouting especially as Ralls will be be the only midfielder left at the end of the season with end of kind and contracts. It’s not over until it mathematically impossible but I think we’ve ran out of steam at wrong time for me.

This has the slight feel of DJ going and Malky arriving. Having next to no players helped Malky build Malkyball for the following season.

This is the first season for about six where we haven't got to build a system around two unique and totally different talents in Whitts and Gunners. Both were on gilded contracts so were difficult to shed so the system needed to fit them.

I doubt Bacuna and Ralls are top earners (probably do well though) are mobile and versatile.

It will be interesting to see which way Warnock goes. I haven't seen anyone at the club except Ward who has the skill set to play a lone striker. I don't think he has 442 in his recent history but Madine and Reid has goals all over it, but the big problem is i don't think we have any wide midfielders who are genuine 442 wingers (maybe Kads).

Permutations all over the place, be very interesting. I can see Murphy,Zohore, Bogle & Tomlin going for cash. Offers for Etheridge and Bruno. Connolly, Damour, Jazz, kads released
