Surprised he's not been on more shows like the Debate considering he's injured as he's a really smart guy. Be better to listen to than guys like Steve Sidwell, Glen Johnson and Ashley Cole 
But yeah he really is a top guy fair play.

Did have spell on sky but haven't seen him recently and yes very articulated when speaks

Yeah he talked on the debate about the issues with racism in football and society and came across really well tbf. Just surprised he's not been on more but he really is a classy guy.
