Watched on an American channel they showed a replay about 5 times and actually said would it be different if a top 4 team
Sat Apr 27, 2019 8:12 pm
Shared the same below! Disgusting.
The same pundits that said definitely a pen because there was contact (even though he exaggerated his fall) I await their opinion...

It’s been hard to watch how many times we’ve been screwed this season by the officials. It seems like it’s the norm in this league though. Should be different next season with VAR though.

refereeing standard in the prem is shocking esp if youre a small team against a top four team its terrible the standard in prem realistically nex season in prem with var if you give one u give all

Not necessarily all decisions are a matter of interpretation var or not, so will still see big clubs get 50/50 decisions probably but smaller clubs will get more offside decisions if nothing else......

Inconsistent refereeing by biased referees. I think Morrison is the most fouled player in the Premiership.

Ian Wright on MOTD thought it was a pen and cant understand how it wasn't given, especially as the ref was fairly close to the incident.
To give him credit, Ian Wright has been on our side with all of our recent dodgy decisions.

We should have had 2 in the first half especially when you see the holding on the second incident

I make that seven that pundits have agreed are penalties (let alone ones that we think are) in our last few games. And we've been given none of them...

Should have been 2 pelanties for fouls on Morrison again yesterday .......Even Teddy Sherringham is saying 100% pelanties !
On GOS this morning even they seem bemused by our “bad luck” !!
So what needs to happen for Morrison (and City) to get one awarded? You try not to think it’s not deliberate by officials but it is happening too often this season .........are they given a bit of payback to our manager ?

THere we are then - clear proof (and there have been other incidents) that in some way shape or form - the officials are either incompetent or bent. It's either one or the other.
I'm not contesting the performance of our players or the style of play etc. But there in this example we can see the same player giving and recieving a challenge and the referees / assistants in plain sight of it - give 2 different results.
Incompetent or bent - which one do you think ?

Bet we don't.
The memo sent to Premier League refs this season will be reissued next season in the EFL.
You know the one:-
TOP SECRET
August 2018
To:- All Premier League refs
From: The Referees association
Re: Sean Morrison
Sean Morrison plays for some team called "Cardiff City" who have somehow managed to bully their way into our exclusive club. Unfortunately some of you will have to referee their games next season and you are warned to keep an eye on their player Sean Morrison.
Morrison will be the target of virtually every attacking long ball from throws, free kicks and corners. As he can be quite a threat defenders will use all possible means of preventing him from attacking the ball including, tugging, shirt pulling, clambering over him and forcibly holding him down. Please note that all such means are to be fully tolerated and allowed to go unpunished.
IN NO CIRCUMSTANCES MUST A PENALTY AWARDED IN FAVOUR OF CARDIFF CITY - THERE IS NO EXCEPTION TO THIS.
All protests by the player or his trouble making manager are to be met by a theatrical waving of the arms and a firm shake of the head. All fourth officials will be issued with earplugs playing calming music so that they do not have to put up with the rantings of their horrible manager.
Please also note that should Morrison do any of the things mentioned above to any opposition player in or near Cardiff's own penalty area then a penalty MUST be given and an instant yellow card shown. Any diving or exaggeration by an opposition player (ESPECIALLY OUR TOP 6 FRIENDS) is to be actively encouraged.

This is almost believable

The PL is corrupt and nothing more needs to be said IMO

Not been a good season for decisions .
Mon Apr 29, 2019 4:39 pm
Sounds stupid but I’m not too bothered about going down. I was absolutely buzzing when we went up and thought it was the best thing since sliced bread but after all the decisions we’ve had this season I feel like the PL has been a massive anti-climax. Leaves a bad taste in my mouth personally. I’d rather go home from Championship games and think we lost but it was a decent game and we lost fairly rather than tampin on the way home because some shit ref has allowed a clear offside goal or not given a stonewall pen. I think next season could be chaos too with it being the 1st season of VAR
