' Cardiff City player out for the rest of the season '

Fri Apr 26, 2019 12:21 pm

Joe Ralls set for a lengthy spell on the sidelines after receiving very bad news from the medics.

The Englishman limped out of last weekend's defeat at home to Liverpool, with what looked like a suspected hamstring injury, and Warnock admits there are even fears over his fitness for the upcoming pre-season schedule.

NEIL WARNOCK:

"Joe will be out for the rest of the season. There's no point in me telling you anything different," he added.

"He'll hopefully be ready for pre-season. I don't really know the categories of injuries, but it's a tear in his hamstring and he'll be about eight weeks."

I guess Bacuna will have to fill in for the time being.

Arter expected to be back for Palace and United.

Go 3 at the back with wing backs, we dont need 2 holding midfielders we need to go for the win, this could be a blessing

Bacuna is not good enough at this level yet, I would not risk him in that midfield against Cairney and Schurrle

I can’t see Warnock changing things that drastically by going 3 at the back for such an important game.

Our squad was threadbare as it was....

Do we have enough for a full bench?

Hasn't Bacuna played more premier league games than anyone else in the squad ? except for Arter ?
