NEIL WARNOCK:
Does Cardiff have the makings of a Premier League club?
Warnock: “I think it’s a good investment and Tan doesn’t want to sell it.
“It’s a club that could more than hold its own in the Premier League.
“I think there could be more in the stadium. Build it up to 40-odd thousand. The number of kids with their mothers I see. It’s very encouraging I think.
“You talk about Liverpool like it’s a foregone conclusion but it’s a chance for families to come and remember something.”
NEIL WARNOCK:
'The supporters have been hurt as well'
“They’ve been through it all. They’ve been the massive plus for us.
“They were amazing on Saturday and they’ve been hurt as well by things going against us.
“It’s been a very disappointing time for us but they’ve been amazing. I’m sure they’ll be vocal again.
“When I’m stood there at the new stadium it’s a really good atmosphere down there.”
NEIL WARNOCK:
Q: Is the game with Brighton the point of no return?
“I think you can say that. I thought we had to win both Burnley and Brighton if I’m honest, so we’re one down.
“So it becomes all the more important really, for both teams. They must feel the same.”
Injury news
Any other knocks?
“There’a couple. One lad’s had a scan, so I’ll know more today.
“I don’’t want to play anyone that’s not 100 per cent. The lad wants to play but we’ve got to make a decision.”
Sol Bamba and Callum Paterson still about?
“They are. Callum’s moaning as always. Big Sol’s still everybody’s friend. So they’re good lads. They’re all in it together.”
