Warnock, Liverpool worried?
NEIL WARNOCK:
Cardiff “just have to get on with it” after Chelsea heartbreak.
“You realise not many more things could go against us, apart from an earthquake or something.”
Warnock will stick to first team to face Manchester City after Under-23 jokes.
More criticism for the FA’s head of referees Mike Riley, with Warnock describing him as “almost like a robot”.
NEIL WARNOCK:
"All the Chelsea players came up to me after the game - in particular David Luiz, who said: ‘How did he not see that?’
I said ‘David, don’t start!’"
Pride?
NEIL WARNOCK:
“I’m quite proud of Cardiff since I’ve been here. The fans have been superb - and only the brave go to the Etihad on Wednesday night.”

NEIL WARNOCK:
Seven cup finals?
“I think we’ve got Manchester City and then six winnable games. Let’s not use my comments as a defeatist attitude. I don’t want to go there and shut the shop up. Let’s go and have a go, I wanted to do that against Chelsea - although it turned out sour. That was another kick in the teeth and psychologically you’ve got to be strong to overcome that. I won’t know until I look at the faces on Wednesday night whether people aren’t up for it. Three or four players had knocks on Sunday, but they all want to play. One lad who I thought would definitely be out wants to do a bit of training and travel with us. It’s important we give a good account of ourselves.”
