Tan has spoken out after what happened at Chelsea

Cardiff City owner Vincent Tan has backed Neil Warnock's angry reaction to Sunday's controversial defeat against Chelsea.
Warnock was still livid on Monday morning after a series of decisions went against the Bluebirds on the way to a 2-1 defeat that seriously damaged their survival hopes. You can see how the incidents were pulled apart by the Match of the Day pundits here.
The manager has slammed referees chief Mike Riley and hit out at the standard of officiating in the Premier League after César Azpilicueta's 84th minute goal was allowed despite him being yards offside.
In a statement to talkSport host Jim White, Tan said: “I fully support Neil (Warnock) on this. The goal was clearly offside. I believe VAR needs to be implemented as soon as possible so that human errors can be avoided.”
Warnock was furious after the match, staring down the match officials on live TV in the immediate aftermath of the game.
"We worked our socks off for three weeks to get where we were. We thought we could beat Chelsea and then a human error like this. It's just unbelievable. I can't describe the feeling," Warnock said.

Good to see an owner backing his manager. Everyman and his dog knows it was unjust .
4 or 5 mistakes by the officials,but the only person that's going to be punished is Warnock. I wouldn't be surprised if he is fined or at least warned, for telling the truth. The FA will turn it around and it'll be all about Neil ranting not the officials being incompetent.

Remember a few years ago in the "Dark days" when Mr Tan was being ridiculed by most, he (Jim White) spent a few days with him in his home and on his yacht. Maybe he saw a different side to him then. Maybe it helped to understand him better and dare I say it maybe also helped to alter Mr Tan's outlook.

Jim White is a sycophant amongst journalistic sycophants but he does seem to 'have the ear' of some powerful people in football as a listen to his TalkSPORT radio show will attest

If this is true then that is marvellous news he’s a powerful man and l know owners don’t speak out much as they leave it to the men they put in charge but l would love him to be more vocal
