Didn't realise that but it seems it is correct. Alan Curtis is 'Mr Swan' and this just goes to show the depths to which that particular club have sunk; so deep they're considering Swansea as the location for the upcoming remake of Jules Verne's 20,000 Leagues Under the Sea


The letter sent out to club staff said there was "a risk that they will be unable to continue to provide work for all of its employees and that they may therefore have to make redundancies".

Distributed by the club's hierarchy, the letter went on to add "if redundancies are necessary each Company will have to decide which individuals will be selected for redundancy. This would be done on the basis of objective and quantifiable selection criteria that are yet to be established"

I have to say I think that’s nonsense.
It’s certainly nothing like it was and made worse by the police and the authorities but amongst both sets of fans it’s still a very big deal and the rivalry is still pretty intense.
