The fa need to look at this game

Sun Mar 31, 2019 2:58 pm

This is a absolutely shocking referee display.

We have been robbed and it is blatant cheating by the officials.

2 stone wall penalties

1 blatant red card for Rudiger

1st goal at least 3 yards offside

Constantly giving decisions to Chelsea

7 minutes overtime when it was 1-1 ?

Someone really did not want us to win today

100% agree. Refs should have to explain themselves after every game.

Are you surprised? It's been the same for years even in the championship. Swansea had horrendous decisions also. They don't like Welsh clubs in English leagues.
But also we ain't good enough. That has to be thought about as well but it is bent as f..k

I am not one for blaming officials every time we lose, but I am baffled as to how the linesman failed to see the offside goal. I think everyone in that half of the ground could see that was offside, and it is worrying that an official could get such an easy decision so wrong.

I honestly believe something is up with today's game . The decisions were to easy to make to get wrong.

People make mistakes but that was bordering on blatent cheating and it was easy to see.

I usually laugh at the fans on here who blame the officials every time we lose. Not this time, and that was so blatant you have to wonder if money was involved. Local parks football can see better performances from officials than the farce we witnessed today.

I do think most of the time decisions even themselves out over a season . People can and will make a mistake.

But to make 4 big mistakes in the same game, decisions which were not even borderline. Something doesn't seem right with today.
Then to give 7 minutes overtime when it was 1-1.

Too much went against us for it to be normal. That offside decision for the first goal was the worst I have seen in a very long time, I actually struggle to think of a worse call than that.

The comments from city fans today, are bang on imo, even backed up on bbc sport page tweets,by fans from other clubs, including ones immediately around us in the league,I believe all six subs were made 2nd half :?: so stoppage time was roughly correct,if 1min is added for each substitution :?: but that offside goal absolutely killed us,every comment I've read says the goal was offside by 1/3 yards, but offside nonetheless, the brutal truth is there to be seen,I am in a cottage in West wales,as a gift for mothers day,so had to watch on tv,my blood pressure was through the roof,I wanted to invade the pitch, and I'm an :old: :bluebird: nothing feels worse than being cheated, and having the knowledge of its occurrence, and not being able to do jack about it :banghead: rant over,we go again, let's hope the boys can pick themselves up from this clear injustice :ayatollah: :old: :bluebird:

Its 30s for a sub
So max 3 mins

Where did the other 4 come from ?
1 goal celebration
No injuries
No stoppages

Should have been a max of 4 mins

3 goals 30 seconds each goal one and a half mins and injuries still never 7 minutes though

All of us watching that game thought the same, seemed "corrupt". Yes, sometimes people CAN make mistakes, but not THAT many blindingly OBVIOUS mistakes.

Was the linesman from Burnley?

Chelsea scored just as the 7 minutes added time was announced.

I was surprised they didn't then change it to 2 minutes!

Not just the FA, think betting companies need to take a long look at this one

I reckon that the linesman thought that the initial header went straight in without being touched by Azpilacueta. That could explain why he didn't raise his flag but at the very least both the goalscorer and the team mate behind him were obviously interfering with play.

Basically it was a poor mistake.

Jorginho should’ve also been sent off, why was he not shown a first yellow card when Murphy went passed him and he dragged him down early on?

May look at the game but wont say anything as that would imply officials were corrupt! Probably demote them next game :old:
