“ After Today, We are going to have to “

Sat Mar 30, 2019 5:29 pm

After today we are going to have to go on one hell of a run and become the in form team for weeks and if we stay up, Neil Warnock will deserve to be knighted :bluebird:

We have one of the worst goal averages, worth an extra point to other clubs and with two of our main players out for the season Sol Bamba and Callum Paterson, every player will have to be at their very best over the coming weeks and no silly mistakes and we have to be the 12 man every game :thumbright: :bluebird:

2 wins and a draw will do it as long as the wins are against Burnley and Brighton.

It's now like a cup run

Burnley is the semi final, lose that we are out. Brighton is the final .

Any other points are a bonus

Fulham and palace are also winnable.

Burnley's fixtures are awful and I cant see them getting any more points unless they beat us. So we are there cup final

Fulham is the most winnable game we have. We could even get by with a draw at either Burnley or Brighton. Lose either and its all but over.

Wont happen Annis. This is the prem not the championship. Top 6 are in another league above the prem if that makes sense lol.

Burnley wil have to do what we and all bottom 6 have failed to do and win against top 6 team! Think between them they've only dropped about 4 points? Brighton beat man u i think but utd was a poor side at that time.... so while our task is difficult so is Burnleys, our advantage is only 2 in last 4 games Burnley have 4 in last 4 games so unless they are well clear of us they could need couple wins in last 4 games. And musnt forget Brighton ....

Its going to be one hell of an ask but you never know. Our goal difference may well worsen as we're up against the 2 teams challenging for the bloody title.
If the players go into these remaining games full throttle with no fear we stand half a chance of scraping by.

Let's start by finally beating a top 6 side tomorrow.
Chelski will be under massive pressure and we won't as not expected to get anything but a drubbing.
Treat it like West Ham and have a real proper go.
2-1 City...Come on win another football match.

And already 5 points ahead of us?

] beat them its 2 points not easy but whilst you've given up doesn't mean other fans or team have..... Fulham fans have given up why are you when everything to play for? Or are you expecting
Burnley to win their 4 games against top 6 teams? : :laughing6:

Anis , Southampton's last two results have been deserved.
Sadly they are getting results at right time .

The spurs one a massive shock

Plus now Burnley

It's a huge ask but we haven't disgraced ourselves

It's not over til last game

I'm over for Chelsea and Burnley plus Liverpool, Catch up soon hopefully

Today was Burnley best chance of a win with the exception of when they play us.

It's going to be tough but it's not unbelievable to suggest we can catch up Burnley. Fulham, Brighton, Burnley away, tough tough games but you have to think possible to pick up points if we want to stay up. Then Palace home as well, another chance where you would look to win. If we can pick up point in any other games it's a bonus.

If always choose points on the board but fixture wise I prefer ours.

We’re not out of it yet.

Let’s see what happens tomorrow - you never know.

It’s not just Burnley we can catch - we are only five points off Burnley, Southampton and Brighton.

Brighton’s game today was one of the only winnable fixtures they had left - and they lost.

Bookies will back against us, but it wouldn’t be the first time we’ve proved them wrong.

Oh god we are doomed

I've always felt Southampton have to much and despite Brighton looking safe-ish I can't help but feel the FA Cup is a distraction.

Brighton also have some tough fixture. But don't we all.

Unfortunately Brightons FA cup distraction is likely to end next weekend.

Lets be realistic - we are down. At least we will be playing the JB's twice next season.

I think you'll find only Huddersfield are 'down' right now...

The 'Happy Clappers' are close to the edge but the Bluebirds still have a chance...

I hope the team (and those who attend the last few games) won't give up as easily as some on here...

A loss today and/or Wednesday won't really change the situation, as those were not games we will have genuinely targeted points from

But City are due a strange result against a top 6 side and who knows, this could be it :ayatollah: :bluescarf:
