Kick racism out of football,Cardiff and South Wales is a multi cultural area and there is no room for any form of racism in our club or any club in football.

To be honest the name of the group itself is cringeworthy. Can’t imagine how more cringeworthy the sight of a group of aging overweight men marching as ‘football lads’ could be

But it’s ok to be sexist, ageist, and take the piss out of fat people.
Think we know who the real fascists are..

No discrimination of anybody is right, ethnicity, religion,or gender,we as a club that has oversees players,in our team must always endorce equality and has a anti- racism policy. Those who don’t agree with equality and a anti racism policy in our club are bigots,

Me too. Can't recall hearing racial insults at the CCS or Ninian Park. Plenty of insults about the Jacks and songs about certain players eating too many pies, but nothing much more than that. We are more likely to take the mick out of us by calling ourselves sheep shaggers than resort to anything with racial undertones.

Our Xbox player isn’t doing too well, bottom of group A - P2 L2 0pts, doesn’t look like he’s getting out of the group stage, looks like our hopes are on the PS4 contestant

Never heard any racism at Cardiff games not sure why the OP felt the need to drag our name into it.
As far as the DFLA stands anyway, can any club ban it's supporters for being members when the DFLA isn't an illegal group or organisation?

Most people who complain about anti racism in British football have never stepped inside a football ground in their life. I have never heard any racial abuse at the City and apart from a couple of isolated instances many, many years ago I haven't heard any at other grounds. The anti racist trouble makers-and sections of the media- jump on any stick a black player gets by treating it as racist ignoring the fact that the same stick is given to white players. Beckham in his early days and Rooney throughout his career got plenty of stick from fans and the media. And yet when Sterling gets the same, its racist. The problem is that "Kick it Out" is a well funded organisation which relies on uncovering perceived racism to justify its existence and its continuing funding.

the amount of racism in the british game has diminished to such an extent that any minor incident becomes massive news. that's fantastic, and an example to the rest of the world.

I dont believe that racism is as big a problem in British football as they make out. It is still a problem but nowhere near on the level it used to be and everyone should be commended for the efforts put in over the last 20 years fighting it.
Racist chanting towards players seems minimal these days and I believe a few (Black/coloured or whatever is the correct wording these days as everything seems to be offensive) pundits or public figures jump on every little issue to promote themselves not the cause.
A lot of the arguments surrounding how many black managers are in the football league are absolute bollocks. The best man gets the job. Sometimes he is white sometimes he is black.
There are only 92 jobs to go between potentially thousands of candidates. There are some very good black managers who have shown that the opportunities are there if you are good enough to be chosen for the role. Would we have this issue or arguement if there were only 8 white managers ? I doubt it.
There are just as many black players employed by clubs as white players so that in my eyes proves that racism is not the reason for a label of high level black managers.
We are miles ahead of foreign countrys in fighting this issue and although not perfect yet the tiny minority of idiots left are being weeded out of our stadiums.

So white men are not allowed to discuss racism in football? Why would that be, - because they are white possibly?

You are right. I am afraid it is often a sad fact that those who cry "racist" the most are blinded by their search to find anything that could be considered to be racist, to the extent that they are unable to see that they could be considered to be racists themselves. Racism is not a one way argument. Anyone can be discriminated against, irrespective of colour, religion etc.

Considering your earlier racist comment, I am guessing you heard all those things because you were singing them quietly to yourself. A bit rich coming on here spouting off the racist stuff with about as blatant a racist comment as anyone could make. Be laughable if it was'nt so sad.

Racism in football is a minuscule issue. We have a self perpetuating anti racist industry who have to find racism to justify their funding.
