Surprise surprise, eticketing not allowing me to book for man city away, been trying non stop and they haven't updated the criteria online? No joy over the phone either anyone else in same boat?

yep..had probs getting burnley tickets last week was told on phone I had only done 3 aways..after 10 mins on phone discussing it while girl was re checking I got up to 9 aways...on phone now being told 3 again....arghhhhh

I know others that are having and have had similar probs.

the website leads you to believe that they are available to all members, st as of 10am today, no? yet no update.
