If Sala was insured

Tue Mar 26, 2019 10:38 pm

If Sala was insured for 16 mil like the article says, why don’t cardiff just pay Nantes, they don’t lose any money and look better in the public eye.

Oh dear, that's not how insurance works mate, especially not 16 million quids worth!

The insurance would only come active once International Cleatance was given of which it wasn't.

youd best tell FIFA as they registered him as a Cardiff City player on the 21st January.. also the FAW need updating as do the French FA.

Ian Hallam ( sacked moderator ) aka bakedalaska couldn't;t tell you the day of the week let alone FIFA. He's the most narrow minded Malaysian flag waver going.

And you wonder why people are abusive with you.

Thought you had found another forum? I suggest you go to the doctors about your drinking as messing with your head.

Ian,

Presumption is a terrible trait. Am I writing as if I'm pissed? As a matter of fact I'm not and now at the grand age of 53 rarely touch a drop! I used to love a session though and it was a great blast and very enjoyable. is this an alcohol free post only board these days then in the snow flake society ?

Don't let the facts get in the way though, you just keep presuming when it suits your agenda hey!

As a sacked moderator I'm surprised your still on here to be honest especially after you claimed you would never post again and became Anti Malaysian after flying their flag in a photo shoot.... maybe you were pissed?

I was asked to rejoin the forum. I sorted out my differences out with the forum and was actually offered moderator status. I turned it down as I could not be arsed with the shit that comes with it such as the crap you give Sven. Funny how you go on crying about users being abusive with you yet give it out to the likes of Sven.

Yes my U-turn on the Malaysian, all aimed at Tan, is on the same level as you against CCFC. I don't see the need to keep bringing that up against you even though mine is through choice while you simply got kicked out.

I stand corrected ITC was awarded. Oh how bad of me.

well yes it was awarded 2 months ago and is no big secret either.
but i read that it was not given 10 times a day on here as the cornerstone reason for not paying.
invariably the person finding out that he was actually a Cardiff City player then moves on to KCs errors on PL forms, car insurance, houses burning down, Mckay, a volcanic cloud

if international clearance had not been confirmed he would not be a Cardiff City player. we wouldnt be paying and nobody here or elsewhere would be thinking we should pay.

The latest view though on here is that the contract was not valid due to errors irregularities on the contract that could never be amended, so it doesn't matter anyway.

That would be my next question about the insurance. Would it be active without the amended contract being signed? If not what insurance covers the gap between ITC and final contract?
