Of course people would have done things differently with hindsight, but I don't think we'd expect either party to be doing airworthiness checks on an aircraft or asking to see the proposed pilot's licence or C.V when they book flights with what is ,on the face of it, a competent carrier.

Some good points but am I being a little 'one-eyed' in saying City haven't really gotten too involved in the public deflections to date?
