I am sure someone will correct me if wrong but i think the rule is

players can not play in a cup replay if they were not registered with the club when the original tie took place, so as the game was never played any players who come in will be able to play

Is it not also part of the ruling though that they must be signed by the original date of the tie?

It used to be the case up here, but not sure if it still is.
