I don't know if there's any that welcomes away fans.
I've been there about 5 times and we've always stopped at a pub on the way.

there's bugger all decent in wolves centre and they don't really cater to away fans very well
there's a few decent places on the northside of molineux but your best bet if your coming by car , van or coach is to stop off in somewhere like kidderminster for a few beers and food before the game
if your coming by train have a few around the bullring in brum and catch the train over to wolves that's what i,m doing

Would agree with Mozzer.
There is 1 designated pub by the train station, other than that, it's pretty much home fans only.
By train, I'd stop at New Street/Grand Central as it's called now. By road, I'd look to stop off on the way in - Probably Junction 3 as Mozzer suggests but not Kidderminster, somewhere nearer.
Very slightly off the beaten track is the Crooked House which seems to be lopsided. I went in there once and felt seasick as I tried to make my way to the toilets with the walls all forming different angles. Their party piece is the front window sill where you place a marble on the sill and it rolls upwards.

There's a pub in the Pendeford area literally a stones throw away from my Daughters house, The Pendulum it's on Blaydon road so about 5/10 min drive into the city, it does alright food and it's not so outlandish, I've gone in there for a pint with my Dad before last seasons game and we were made to feel welcome.

I believe the Bluebrick is the official away pub. Next to the Premier Inn near the train station. Free parking and very welcoming going by other fans.
