Hoilett - "Never gives the ball away 1234"

The Junior Hoilett chant is starting to become a joke now. We chant "He never gives the ball away" yet that's all he does all game every game. All he does in games is run in circles and confuses himself and then gives the ball away sloppily. What happened to the quick and dynamic winger who played in the championship last season? Obviously the prem is quicker but he looks 50% slower than he did last season.

Lost his pace and needs to grow a pair of balls, any 50/50 tackles he doesn’t want to know. Like Spurs away when he should of smashed ball and player in the back of the net when the ball was on the line.
First goal last night didn’t track his man back Warnock not happy.

Has been completely underwhelming this season and at times has looked like a rabbit in headlights. He looks overawed and frightened to have a go at the full backs.
Basically like quite a few others he’s had a shocking season.

Dreadful last night

He seems to have developed a tendency to dribble the ball straight into touch.

None of our wingers are good enough for the prem. also none of them apart from Harris actually run down the wing they all always try to cut inside and instead lose the ball.

I know we take negativity to a new level on this board - but there is little value in doing so. All players have good and bad patches, thats the same for every team. Yet again last night, it didnt seem to drop for us, just like it didnt against Watford with a blatant pen and red card. The joys of football...

This may surprise you but we also aren't the greatest team the world has ever seen either.

Shame about Junior, last season when he played well invariably we won or got a result.
Just does not seem up to it at this level.
