If it was being run efficiently all tickets sold on a day would be sent out that day, or the next. This isn't a hard process, or hard to manage. In fact, they would be making their lives easier as they won't have fans chasing them up, clogging the phone lines or adding to physical ques.

In fairness rv your right but unless theyve got rxtra staff in to deal with sat game tues game plus away game tickets someone is going to be inconvenienced probably with fone lines being busy and no able to get through? Got mine Fri maybe just maybe its the PO being slow ?

Got to be fair, I always understood tickets arrived at the club in one bulk and were sent out similarly
