Tbh I thought we looked much better in midfield when Bacuna came on for Gunnarsson. Thought he offered energy and pace on the counter which we didn't have with Gunnarsson sitting. Was really happy with Bacuna and he almost scored a stunner.

I've never been Gunners biggest fan but he has done better than expected this season. I think he does a lot better with direct teams. Teams that like to pass it about he gets himself tied in knots.

agree with you 100% great win today we don't need any injuries or suspensions as the squad is thin and im 100% behind bacuna as I am all the lads

What a horrible yet good time for him to arrive, so much togetherness in the locker room, hopefully he just gets absorbed into the family and instantly wants to work his socks off for the guy next to him. He seemed to be loving it tbh, fingers crossed we see consistency

Yes, but if you read the reports properly (and I have to say the self-styled Villa Troll alluded to it too) it wasn't really about Bacuna the player; it was more about the circumstances surrounding something he said when at that club at the time

Thought he was excellent, the only player to come out to challenge their attacking players. We have not done this all season. We tend to sit back and let the opposition come into our area. This hives them a chance to shoot. So come on City's defence stop the opposition getting near our area. Well done Bacuna.
