Is it illigal under club under terms and conditions on ticket purchases? well hope club takes action against the person especially if ST holder as tickets are traceable

I know I'll get slated for this, but I've never really understood what the problem is with ticket touts.
They buy items which are lawful to buy and have, then they sell them at a profit . No one is forced to buy them , ( unlike the BBC licence fee), and no one is hurt.
That's the way trade works in free countries and whilst I know that there's a prevailing disapproval of re selling tickets , it's one way in which someone can get ahead in the world. It's a question of supply and demand which, again, is how trade works.
Apple, for example, have iPhones manufactured by effective slave wages and appalling conditions in China from materials produced cheaply in ways which would be illegal here at total cost of pennies , then ship them in and sell them for here for hundreds of pounds a go. That's okay though because they're a multi national globalist trendy company with a trendy rock star image. If some regular guy does something a lot less harmful like buy some theatre or football tickets cheap and resell at a profit then he's a crook.
How much of this is about justifiable outrage and how much is about people being stupid enough to be trained and brainwashed that they mustn't get a share of trade or any opportunity to get rich unless they're sanctioned by the establishment ?

I'll get annoyed about some poor guy from a council flat in Liverpool making a few bucks for his family when they put the same guilt trip on unimaginably rich socialists who get Lear jets and mansions in L.A out of truly wicked business practices and behind the scenes manipulation of laws and competition .

IMHO this is just a 'chancer' (maybe even a con merchant) and there is no way could be trusted with anyone's money in the expectation of actually receiving any tickets

Other than in the case of football tickets, there is no legal restriction against reselling tickets in the UK, although individual organisations (like Wimbledon) may prohibit it

I've reported it to ebay, I believe they have strict rules around the reselling of tickets. Also I notice it was listed by a brand new account so it's unlikely anyone would want to purchase from the seller.

club should be prioritising members and flexi 5 holders , and then people with a booking history and fan number .


I know a few ST holders who have bought their extras for non Cardiff fan mates this season which is just as bad.
