Nathaniel Clyne and Steve Cook

Sat Feb 02, 2019 10:35 pm

Been a long time since any opposition player got as much stick as Clyne did today - serves him right! Joined the wrong team you knobhead :laughing6: :laughing6:

As for Steve Cook - I remember him laughing and gesturing to our fans in the first game of the season when he was walking off the pitch after feigning injury in order to get the game stopped when we were on the attack.

Great handball today Steve you prick. What was the final score by the way?

Clyne didn't choose the wrong team he chose an easy life.
Why struggle yours off for 6 months when you can kick back and relax on the south coast earning the same money.

Most people would have done the same

It's actually lucky he didn't come because if he did we wouldnot have signed Niasse and we would have a major striker crises on our hands right now.

Really we should be thanking him

It doesn't take a rocket scientist to figure out that why he'd rather play for an ambitious manager and club going places. He'd spend most of his time here being told to pump it long and get stuck into em.

I did not realise it was the same player feigning injury and stopping that attack that handled the ball yesterday..

If we had signed Clyne we couldn't have signed Niasse, all's well that ends well!
