Our best starting 11, and gives us options from the bench with NML, Hoilett, Patterson etc.

However we have little to no cover at CB set up like this, so in our case for the next 6 weeks we will have to improvise

I'd take being a yoyo club between the 2 top leagues for the next 10 years, you don't have to go back much further than that to be back in the basement leagues. This club has spent shitloads since Sam Hammam chasing the dream. Maybe if we didn't waste countless millions down the years we'd be more financially competitive this time around.

It’s not Tan’s fault. We bought poorly, we have been desperately unlucky re Sala and we have just bought someone in the end to fill a gap. The fault here isn’t with tan, it’s with our manager, and then Lady Luck who was cruel to say the least.

Thankfully he has the ability to get the best out of most but he has been backed with what he wanted. The lack of quality that is rife throughout the squad is due to our manager not addressing issues. I hope he keeps us up it seriously would be a bloody miracle but sadly I fear the writing is on the wall this season.

If we do yoyo then that's not so bad as each time we can build and strengthen. We have a modern stadium , good training facilities. Brilliant fans. We have a good squad despite the negativity. We do lack quality at the top level but if we are able to build up we don't need a mad dash to get people in.

Id go along with that team. However part of me would love to see Gunnarsson dropped Camarasa moved to CM move Bobby Reid to CAM and stick Zohore up top with Niasse but that could also end up a disaster

Going down is not really a option
Our squad wont look as good when there contracts and loans expire

Warnock likes a winger and he also likes Pstterson.

I think Hoilett signed a 3 year contract last season but yeah we'll effectively need 3 maybe 4 new CM's if we go down. This is one of the major issues of loaning players. Reminds me of Dave Jones final season with us when we had a team full of loans and didnt get promoted and lost them all and had to rebuild from scatch. Obviously its not as bad but it is worrying to see that amount of quality leaving.

Better not get relagated then

We would absolutely need new midfielders. That being said there is no guarantee they would stay even if we stay up.

If we go down we will be able to get some new players. Parachute payments and a likely guaranteed starting 11 spot would be appealing to enough for us to get a team together. Bacuna is an established championship midfielder. Ralls has been there and done that. We have Patterson too. Damour. We would be ok

My first game as a kid was 1968. I’ve seen the likes of Crewe, Luton etc coming here. I’d take Premier and Championship teams any day.

Christ, our defending this season has been nothing short of pathetic with4/5 at the back.

Nobody’s mentioned Murphy what about him where is he is he still with us or secretly transferred remember our big signing the player who was going to score the goals that would keep us up on a lighter note I’d love it if we were a yo-yo club just think good exciting football every other season .

Maybe it's an occasional option for some games but we can't leave out Murphy, Mendez, Harris, Hoilet, Paterson for the rest of the season...
