Is anyone else like me hoping he can somehow save our season. Big potential if he can wake up and get going from here in then we have a menace for premier league defenders to battle against. Holds the ball up well has pace power and can score some screamers. Looked great against man u and also looked good when he came on against arsenal i thought. I think him and bobby reid could forge a great partnership up front, if joshua king and david brookes can do it for bournemouth then zohore and reid can match them and get us some good results hopefully

Niasse and reid did look good togethet against bournemouth so maybe against the lesser teams they can be even more effective and get us some much needed wins. Zohore could still come good same as niasse but both are gambles that might not work unfortunately. We needed pure quality upfront though shame with sala but also a shame we didnt sign anyone else to fill that void.

He would've scored some of the chances Patterson wasted BUT would be have been in that position in the first place? Pattersons hold up play, desire to win the ball and movement can't be faulted. Hopefully Zahore gives the same commitment.

Yes. Realistically Zohore is our only out and out striker who has a little bit of everything. He’s tall, Pact, much better creator than people realise, he’s had some great assists, and one of our best finishers in the club. Very powerful shot, clever player who sometimes (unfortunately rarely more recently) shows signs of the unexpected and goes on some glorious solo runs. JUst feel either his confidence got shot or Warnock for some reason has told him to hold up the ball and pass it back instead of taking people on.

I saw a confident Zohore against Man United and that alone has given me faith in the second half of the season specifically for Zohore to save us.

Yeh they looked good together but hes still a gamble because he hasent done anything to prove otherwise yet, encouraging signs but no goals or results yet but its early days. And he is a gamble because he hasent scored or been picked consistently in a good league.

He still looks miles short of fitness going off the Arsenal game, but if he can get himself fit he has the quality.

It's down to him now; I can't believe any striker worth their salt would not be wanting to bust a gut to prove themselves in the PL.
