This season.....

I said at the start of the season this year for me would be about sampling the PL, but ultimately it’s the start of us trying to be a PL club for many a year but not from this season.
VT is a shrewd businessman and knows last time we were here he didn’t do it right. We will get parachute payments if relegated and this means he can then invest this into players without impacting his own money, as long as we can keep the nucleus of the squad and a few more signings we have a great chance of coming straight back up and then kick on. Of course I’m hoping we stay up and the plan starts a little earlier but either way it won’t be long until we are doing a Bournemouth and being PL regulars.

VT will want us back in the PL within 5 years. But it's tough it may or may not ever happen again. That's why clubs do everything they can to stay there once you've got there
