An Option for cardiff? Sign Arter Permanent

Thu Jan 31, 2019 1:22 pm

Surely a good option for cardiff would be to sign arter on a permanent deal for around £10 million and get a striker on loan which would work out cheaper than having to sign a striker for £15 Million?

I would love to see:
Bacuna Signed
Arter On A permanent
Austin/Jansen on Loan

Just would make sense and possibly save money. Austin and Jansen's wages will be a massive stumbling block however signing arter would allow for another loan deal

I think Arter has said that he wants to stay in the Premier League and therefore he wants to keep his options open until the end of the season.

If we were to stay up then I think we have a good chance that he may sign permanently but he certainly wouldn't want to play Championship football next season if we go down.

Can't see him signing permanently at this stage unfortunately.

Camarasa doesnt count towards our quota as he is from a Spanish club, it would have to be Arter or Niasse

Signing Arter isn’t an option because he won’t sign permanently.

All he has to do is include a relegation clause. If we go down, he moves on.

He’s already stated he’d be happy to sign for us permanently
