At fault for both goals. As much as I like him yet again gets caught in possession.Ruined what I thought was a gutsy performance by the City. VAR would have given us a penalty and if Reid had taken one of his chances it may have been so different tonight. Now other results have gone against us as well we need to start heeding these lessons namely you can't get away with getting caught in possession in the Prem like you can in the championship.

Yep definitely Bambas fault that Manga gave away a penalty.

Man City lost tonight. Bamba’s fault.

iPhone sales have fallen, Apple are blaming Bamba

Say what you like boys but the impossible task facing Manga trying to get back was caused by Bamba thinking he was Beckenbaur again and being caught in possession. He has done this all his career.

The OP is spot on sadly. Bamba went on one of his crazy dribbles and left us wide open when he lost it. Manga should have done better as well though.
It’s a shame because we played very well and deserved at least a point tonight, but as usual we aren’t ruthless enough taking our chances and the Premiership quality opponent capitalise on our smallest mistakes.

We had the chances to score 8 goals but let’s blame Bamba. We just need to hit the target. Poor.

The problem is we have 2 right footed centre backs playing so one will always be wrong footed when tackling.
It caused both players issues throughout the match. It sounds stupid but it makes a big difference especially when a player turns you to your weaker side

Nothing personal against Bamba but when your a centre half bringing a ball out like that you must make the pass and if no-one is showing just hoof it and get back in your position.Unfortunatley he's done this at every club he's been with.

Bamba was to blame for coming out with the ball and losing it in a terrible position, and Manga ofcourse was clumsy making the rash challenge. At the end of the day people if our defenders were consistent and flawless they wouldn't have been playing in the championship for the last 5 years. Let's forgive and forget, it's all we can do! Support them, no need to make a whole post about how bad Bamba or any other player was today. I thought every single player including Bamba and Manga were class today anyway. 2 mistakes, we move on.

Sadly same old thing again today spoiling a good performance, we don’t take our chances and then get punished for our mistakes. It has been happening all season , we have only led for 94 minutes all season !!
Still , we need to pick up some points over next 6-8 games as we have a tough April.
Come on City

We played well in parts considering the last week.but it shows again tonight that as much bottle we show some players are not up to premier leauge.going to be a long season i fear

You’re right. Manga stupidly gave away the penalty but it came about because Bamba tried to beat players instead of clearing the ball and lost it. The second goal Bamba missed the tackle and Lacazette was away.

How far back shall we take it?? Shall we award the goal to the Arsenal keeper because he kicked it out from his area a bit earlier??

Sadly yet again he gets his pocket picked and we conceed. To be fair he's not the only one but my gripe is we don't seem to be leaning from our mistakes.Mostly we went unpunished for this error in the championship but not in the Prem.
