Something very wrong there Annis unfortunately.

If we stay up, we need to use some of the money we make to pump into the Developement.

My sons mates who live in Llanrumney both played for Bristol City tonight, the Pearson twins. My son used to play in the same side as the two of them, great players :bluebird:

We just need to retain the talent we produce. Any decent players in our vicinity end up being poached.

In my opinion, No it hasn't. There is something inherently wrong, we loose far to many good local youngsters to other league clubs. I know a lot of very very good young players from Cardiff/Newport and the Valleys that are snapped up by Swansea and Bristol City. The Pearson twins, both from Cardiff, whet through the Cardiff system and snapped up by Bristol City. Sam, has already made the Bristol City first team squad vs Huddersfield Town in the FA Cup age 17. :bluebird:

Sad to hear.

Simon, for years now we have not produced any players.

Our scouting system or academy from what i hear has not been invested in properly.

I put out 4 years ago, we need to look at it in-depth, but its been left.

I hate hearing that all our rival are taking the kids and in Cardiff and surrounding areas,Swansea have got bigger with their scouting.

The Whole Development squad needs to be taken apart from the top down absolutely pathetic . Scouting , management , and coaches not good enough . A new ambitious ex pro needs to be in charge . Don't mention Bellamy . A new brush sweeps clean.
