Yes that's correct wez! As the contracts been signed it became legally payable in full to next of kin as unfortunately he hasn't broken the contract, think it's unique possibly to football as normally if you die contract is ended unless specific clauses put in, with football that doesn't happen.. so unless city can claim wages they stand to lose around 14m
