Would moving Neil up stairs to the roll of director of football and bringing a new 1st coach bring a turn around in our fortunes and save our season?
I think this could well happen in the summer regardless if we stay up or not.

His transfer record where he’s had to pay fees has been poor so I don’t quite see how he fits in that role, plus I highly doubt that any other manager would want to have him above their head

I don't think it would suit him or that he'd want it either

this transfer record people keep banging on about.
people need to look at who other clubs have signed, how much they payed and how much worth of talent they do not use..
