Tolgay arslan is available from beşiktaş, wouldn't cost much as he's fallen out with manager,and beşiktaş need funds badly, £5m could seal it,class addition to midfield,can play anywhere in midfield, am,dm,has great passing ability off both feet,him and camerasa supplying the forwards would be class go get him neil,could be the missing piece of the jigsaw, assuming we are in for a rb
