Run out of steam ?

They looked leggy today

Have to agree , but when we have so little possession this will tire the players.
NML looked way short of fitness.

Can't understand why.

As somebody said this season we will play the fewest amount of games in a season that we have played for decades - 38 league games and only two cup games. They have every medical and dietary need catered for and travel to and from games in absolute luxury.

Maybe chasing opposition players all over the pitch is a bit tiring but they managed it last season with similar amounts of possession for opponents.

Perhaps a change to a more possession based game may lead to the players being less "leggy".

What are the chances of that happening do you reckon?
