Maupay

Apparently he's discussing a move to Arseton Vanilla so the idea of selling him seems to be established.

I'm the last one to panic but we're having real problems signing a striker and we're time limited at this point.
Unless Sir Neil has something else very substantive up his sleeve I think we should move on this man and outbid them whatever that takes. We're fighting the fact that the man's former manager is at that awful club now , but the only way out of the Championship for them is down so we can at least offer him top flight football and the opportunity to increase his brand.

He's not my first choice and I honestly don't know whether he can do it in the premiership but he's certainly in keeping with our style . I also know that without a new striker we 'll definitely be in big trouble , therefore it's better to take the chance whether this man can make the step up than do nothing. It will be February soon enough.

If not then maybe even another prolific scorer from the Championship or maybe Eastern Europe, but we absolutely cannot afford to miss the player boat in this window . We've done that before and somehow gotten away with it by the skin of a maggots scrotum, but that's already run the batteries down as we've seen in recent games and I don't think we'll get away with ,
