Surely now its time to put a firm end to playing a right back as our main striker. Im sorry but callum paterson had been poor for a long run of games now and today he was absoloutely shocking. Like a headless chicken upfornt again poor touches everywhere didnt look like he knew what he was doing and messed up sloppily when in on goal 1v1. Im sorry to be negative but he looked gillinghams standard today league 1 and i wouldnt even pick him for gillingham based on that.

Quality striker needed badly NOW because we got 2 massive games against huddersfield and newcastle coming up.

Hes done well because teams did not expect it. The tactic has now been worked out and we need a new plan.

He’s a striker not a RB and only people who don’t actually watch us regularly could even debate that he is not a striker. Anyway from someone who was their yesterday he was not the worst of terrible performances in fact he was probably the 3rd best after NML and Damour. Defo not a striker, if he was he'd be a league 2 striker, if anything centre mid at most

He had played right back a hand full of times for us. I'd say a midfielder not a Right back but it always sounds more dramatic saying right back

Yes we havent got much options but i would rather give bobby reid a crack against huddersfield as his link up play and finishing is better than paterson, every time reid has played up front its been against the harder teams like spurs for example when most strikers would struggle to have any impact. If paterson starts v huddersfield i hope he scores and proves me wrong but im fed up of seeing him running about like a headleas chicken up there now failing to control the ball and just heading it aimlessly to the opposition.
