More than I expected to be honest.

We’ve had 4 aways in 2/3 weeks, with West Ham, Watford, Palace & Leicester.

Gillingham is another long one again, it’ll be a 2nd string side and these have been awful to watch

Not cheap either.

Well done to those going. I’m away so missing it, but those fans who are making the trip deserve a lot of credit for their loyalty

Four of us who normally travel together would have gone but not at £28.
Normally love a fa cup 3rd round away tie aswell

Brilliant effort by those diehards turning out to effectively watch the reserves. But as much as I hate saying this, I wish the club would have followed the example the Jacks have set. They have given free tickets to season ticket holders who want to go to Aston Villa away. Top gesture that.

That is a nice gesture.

However I’d expect the majority would prefer to see the money spent on the squad

In a few weeks time we're playing Arsenal at the Emirates and it's both cheaper and closer and the away fans are in a stand with a roof over our heads.

No wonder the sales are low, fair play to the ones travelling :ayatollah: :ayatollah: :ayatollah:

That is a superb gesture, they took 2500 tickets at 10 quid a ticket so even if all tickets went for free cost the Club £25,000 max.

650 by us today is decent mind, hats off to all those that travelled. The price put me off but on a positive note got an extra 6 coming to the Huddersfield and Bournemouth games instead in the great offer our Club have put out.

Must be flush with all the mascot money they are robbing off hard workin families. But hey, prem clubs need every penny to pay the players wages and cars. Cant wait for the industry to burst

City have made 'gestures' in the past, so nothing new there, as any pre-Premier League supporter would know! ;)

Well if you believe football was better in the 1980s/90s .look up the crowds .prior to the premier league football was well and truly on its arse and was "burst".
