New rules this year on red cards I think it's prem only he misses but I may be wrong.

Schindler’s list (sorry) of cautions/red cards is low so I think he’ll only get a one match ban.

There are new rules this season where, for example, a yellow card ban in the Premier League doesn’t count towards the yellow card bans in other competitions.

But I’m sure a red card counts for a ban in all domestic competitions.

So he’ll be able to play against us.

Taken from A FA site

“In the past, any yellow card picked up in the Premier League, EFL, FA Cup or Carabao Cup would be totted up together. When a player received five yellow cards they would miss the next match, in whichever competition that may be. Reaching 10 yellow cards would see the player miss the next two games. And 15 would bring a three-game ban.

However, from this season yellow cards will only count in the competition they are received. And this has led to the following changes.”

Surely this means he won’t be able to play?

Yes but this was a red so just a match ban I think. So fit to play against us.

I would think after reading that that he’s not available to face us. Missed next EPL game.

Based on above it looks like a red card will count as five yellows so he won't be available against us! (I think)
