Spurs Boss: We won without rest/with tired players

Tottenham boss Mauricio Pochettino on Sky Sports: "I'm very pleased, the one thing I need to say is we suffered without rest between the games and therefore from the players it was magnificent.

On watching Man City v Liverpool: "I don't care - of course I will watch, it will be an unbelievable game and I enjoy football. The day after we play FA Cup very close to Liverpool and we need to be ready again because we have busy fixtures."

Don’t understand this why would his players be any more tired than us or any of the other Prem sides ?

When I first glanced at this I thought Pocchetino said "we won without trying" I was going to agree.

If his were tired... A few of ours couldn't walk past about 70 mins! Gunnars was dead on his feet!

Shows the importance of a squad. We need players. Even if not starters every week.
