Took a look on Leicester’s forum earlier,a few Leicester fans said our support was brilliant and the celebrations were the wildest they had seen in 15 years

Great support again. You think we should be taking a higher allocation? As the club seem to be taking a lower ticket allocation, would we sell more or is 2-3K away or limit for the lesser clubs.

No we would struggle as the last few away games right up to the day before the game, Vince has had up to 100 tickets left.

We need to be ordering more than especially for the more local trips in London and midlands

A great support for the Bluebirds again today! :notworthy:

Seems the important thing is not necessarily the numbers travelling but the quality of those that do! :ayatollah:

Once again brilliant support, our fans have done themselves proud this season.

Not just with the numbers, but the noise as well. Fans sounded very loud again on Sky’s full replay of the game.

And best of all, you can see it is appreciated by the players. Players who give 100% every match like Harry Arter are a fan’s dream. The fact that Camarasa went straight to the fans shows how much the support is being appreciated.

Totally agree. Selling out every away game but the club continue to take lowest allocations offered.

There's a (fantastic) hardcore of support for this season and a lot who 'pick and choose' often close to the game...

The club have to commit to a number of tickets they feel they will (not can) sell, as they are financially viable for any that are not sold

If supporters committed to buying earlier, the club would make the decision to buy more to fulfil demand

Vince had quite a few tickets spare (from the club) to sell today today, so it appears they got it right by not ordering more for those who now 'wish' they'd gone! ;)

The noise levels at every single away game has been brilliant and I would say unprecedented.
Well done to each and every one who travels.

Could we not make things easier for cardiff fans for away tickets it seems fair in one way but a lot of obstacles to get an away ticket in other ways how many games away games attended etc you have to start somewhere and perhaps our away following could increase.

Agree, go for higher allocation, then put them on sale without it depending on how many aways you already been to, just on sale to season ticket holders members etc regardless of how many you already done, except for the games you would expect to sell quickly, then put on numbers of aways already done, would increase away support obviously then over time.

Yesterday was one of those "I was there" games that you remember for a long time I feel.

Also I concur that our fans are awesome both home and away :bluebird:

No away games required for Newcastle away.

No,I messaged Vince and I couldn’t get a ticket the day before game on Friday afternoon,he said “sorry it’s sold out” our allocation for Leicester, and most games have been sold out.The maximum allocation I believe is 3,000 unless it’s one of the smaller grounds like Bournemouth.

I was there yesterday but not at the play-off semi in 2010.

For those who were at both, how did yesterday's frenzy compare to when Whitts scored?

most of our games have gone to zero criteria this season...so why begrudge the club looking after regular travellers first..?
truth be told without meeting any criteria other than being a ST holder or member you could have bought tickets for..Chelsea, Spurs, Huddersfield, West Ham , Palace , Everton and Leicester..and would now meet the phase 1 criteria yourself...

DOGFOUND
I was talking from a general point of view not from a personal one about away tickets and just reading between the lines on the forum quite a lot have stated that they could'nt get tickets for this game that game etc just a general observation and i did say that i understand reason for certain rules it was the fact we took 2,100 to leicster but could have taken more perhaps and if purchasing away tickets is so tight i fear just won't even bother trying for away match tickets anyway happy new year bring on the spurs and lets throw caution to the wind in this game not like at the last home to united where we capitulated.

it really is nowhere near tight Monty...some clubs fans have to apply for tickets 6 weeks in advance and then go through a wait to see if they qualify..you could have bought a ticket for Leicester up until Thursday and can buy Gillingham or Newcastle right now..all with no criteria..

we could have more for some games, but when they are not exactly selling like hot cakes why would the club be wanting more..

5 minutes before the goal we won a corner.
Camerasa came over to take it and to a man we applauded him.

Must have made him feel like Superman.

And to anyone who doubts the influence of fans, try playing in front of them , it can make you do that extra 10%. Even as a shitty park footballer itcan make a difference- imagine in front of thousands

Yes sold out because take smaller ammount! But if take full allocation and leave 1k unsold it will cost the club the ticket price so between 20& 30k? Not worth it as been explained there is a time factor so unless demand is overwhelming in 1st week club will not go for higher ammount it's that simple.
