Crystal Palace v Cardiff City player ratings: Bruno Manga's heroics save the day but some stars struggleBy Tom ColemanCardiff City secured a valuable point on the road against Crystal Palace with a 0-0 draw at Selhurst Park. Here's how we rated the Bluebirds players...
NEIL ETHERIDGE 7The goalkeeper kept Cardiff in it at times. Made several really impressive saves when called upon. A typically assured performance.
LEE PELTIER 6A pretty quiet performance, although he was one of several players to get the runaround treatment from Wilfried Zaha. Nothing to write home about here, but little to take issue with either.
SEAN MORRISON (C) 7Marshaled his defence well and offered some much-needed physicality. Didn't enjoy too much joy during attacking set pieces, but a decent defensive showing nonetheless.
BRUNO MANGA 8 - STAR MANDeserves a good rating for his last-ditch tackle to deny Zaha alone, but this was a very assured performance. We won't talk about his missed chance at the other end, though.
SOL BAMBA 7Struggled to deal with the pace of Zaha up front, but showed plenty of steel and physicality to help keep the Eagles out and made several important interventions.
JOE BENNETT 7Took a little while to settle into the game, but defended well and linked up nicely with Harris down the left. Kept James McArthur quiet for most of the afternoon bar a couple of hairy moments.
KADEEM HARRIS 6A decent effort, with the winger doing his best to make something happen. Put in several decent crosses and gave Aaron Wan-Bissaka plenty to think about for much of the afternoon.
VICTOR CAMARASA 7By far Cardiff's most creative outlet. Did his best to turn defence to attack on several occasions and coped well with the challenge of a physical Palace midfield.
JOE RALLS 5Anonymous in the centre of midfield as Zaha and Luka Milivojevic pulled the strings for the hosts. Some of his positioning was far too reactive here. Too passive again.
JUNIOR HOILETT 5Gave the ball away far too often and was pretty poor in his delivery, although some of his movement on the counter was encouraging.
BOBBY REID 6Should have done better with a first half chance, but Neil Warnock will be very pleased with the work-rate and desire of his lone striker, who fared well in the face of Mamadou Sakho's physicality.
SubstitutesHarry Arter 90 - Arrived too late to make too much of an impact
Aron Gunnarsson 90 - Likewise
