That would make sense, as players are often a little prone when they comeback from a long injury and in Kenneth Zohore's case, it seems any injury needs to be managed with caution
I don't know how fickle he is but better safe than sorry, no matter how frustrating

There’s two types of players mate, the ones who play through a few niggles and get on with it and the players who won’t and some of them acting like snowflakes.
Zohore certainly comes across as the latter and even Warnock has said similar in the past about how frustrated he is with this type of thing with this player.

He's just a hugely frustrating player all-round.

Bit naive thinking mate with the amount of doctors and physio's that are paid by the club to make decisions and look after the safety our players you think players have much say nowadays whether to play through niggles or not?

And you think Zohore would rather sit out than get stuck in and get in the team and show what he is about?

When it comes to strains/pulls and back problems, it's usually the player who ultimately has the last word if he's up to it or not.

I take your point with the modern type of footballer but it wouldn’t stop players like Ater and Morrison (broken nose etc).
I’m not commenting on Zahores current injury as I don’t know what it is but in general. Warnock has said similar.

You tend to use your thigh muscles more then your nose in a game of football though so it’s not comparable.
If Arter and Morrison had thigh strains they wouldn’t play either it’s not about being a tough guy if you can’t run properly it’s no good for the team or yourself if you say you can play.

Doesn't matter how many doctors and physios there is, if a player says he's in x amount of pain they won't play him.
