Cardiff City Fan Or A Swansea City Fan

Come on guys reflecting after losing to Manchester Utd and those Swansea Jacks losing to Hull City I’m sure we are still the best side in Wales and I’d rather be a Cardiff Fan than a Swansea Jack. :bluescarf: :bluescarf: :santa:

Of course it's a Cardiff fan always but I must admit to be a little envious of the way a small club like Swansea became an established Premier League club for a number of years in a way which frankly looks light years beyond us at the moment.

Of course it went pear shaped for them but for most of the time they were able to finish comfortably away from the relegation places and their fans have enjoyed deserved wins away at places like Man United and Arsenal and they were able to win a trophy at Wembley (albeit against a shit Bradford City team).

They didn't disgrace themselves in Europe either so much as I cannot stand the West Wales wankers and their shitty club I would love to live to see Cardiff be able to emulate some of what the JB's achieved over the past few years.

I been comparing the fall of Swansea against the fall of us from the Premier last time.

I've got to say the way the Jacks have gone about it is a lot better than the way we did it. The Jacks need to return to the Premier but they have given themselves a 3 year target where we tried t do it straight away by throwing money at it.

The jacks went into this season thinking they will go down again but they have put that fear to bed and although they are not expecting to go straight back up there is a feeling they just might scrape into a playoff place. When we came down we expected to go straight back up as Champions. well that was soon put to bed and ended up with a manager with no Championship experience. Talk about going backward.

As a Cardfii fan I'm delighted we are in the Premier and hope we stay there for Neil Warnock. I won't lose any sleep if we come down and if we do I hope we learn from our lessions last time. If I was a Jack I wouldn't be expecting much this season, I would be please that the fear of relegation has gone and also we are building a team of youngsters. The only concern I would have if the Yanks start selling off these youngsters.

I didn't expect to go straight back up last time. I'd seen enough of Ole already to know it weren't possible.

I do remember people posting on here though that we were going to 'blitz the league'
