Bit different I know but what we are doing now ain’t working.

I want Arter and Gunnarsson to sit and provide protection for the back three. I want Paterson and Bennett to get forward. I want the front three to press high and sit in when needed offering extra protection to the defence. This enables us to break with pace. NML/Harris/Murphy/Hoilett could sit in behind too or offer more attacking prowess to the wing back roles (understanding we would lose something defensively)

Patterson is not a fullback it’s that simple and I thought anyone who has watched him up front for us would have realised that by now. No reason you can’t play Reid on the wing in a 4-3-3 and then switch to a 4-4-2 with him up top with Patterson/Zohore during the game.

Silly question if he's not a fullback why did Scot recently play him there? Yes may be versatile but it is never good to put player in old position that Patterson is now playing for us.

Patterson would be Scotland’s best striker option if they played him their but instead they play a load of old fogies.

I honestly don't think we need to find a way to fit camarasa in. He's the first name on the team sheet for me. Comfortable and skillful on the ball? Check. Set pieces? Check. Penalties? Check. Driving forward with the ball through the middle? Check.

Now if we can get the others to work off him and with him we will stay up easily.

Based on the current squad, and the players playing as they have been I would go with following;

Ethridge

Manga
Morrison
Bamba
Bennett

Gunnerson
Artur

Camarasa (sat in the amc role finding space to collect the ball then dictating play, feeding the front 3 by spreading the ball out to the wingers or playing Zohore in through the middle)
Murphy (winger)
NML (winger)

Zohore

Gunnerson and Artur breaking up play and getting the ball forward to Camarasa whenever possible.

On the bench insuring we have Reid to replace Camarasa when needed and Patterson for Zohore with Holliet covering either wing.

Zohore isn’t ready to start yet.

Don’t think he will be until Spurs at the earliest.

Should get 20-30 minutes in the next two games.
