150% correct mate - best player we have at the moment - wears his disappointment on his face for all to see how much losing hurts - a real winner we should snap up if we ever get the chance.

Well we might still finish tenth , but I must admit that's looking harder .
I think it's really about assessing leadership skills, intelligence and determination. I think you've got to consider these things and I don't see that as an unreasonable comment.
