One of the cornerstones of NW's excellent man management ability is his loyalty to players who have helped him achieve targets. There is nothing wrong with loyalty but not incessant loyalty no matter what which then becomes a weakness.
I believe we have reached that position now - yes Hoilett has recently struck two fantastic goals but his overall contribution is negligible; Bamba is currently costing us games and points by his mistakes and NW's loyalty to Bamba is forcing Manga into a RB position, where he is a liability too.
Give Bamba a rest along with Hoilett, move Manga to CB, play Mendez on the wing and play Peltier at RB until we can buy in/loan a better long term option at RB.
