Would be a masterstroke by the Gaffer if we could get him.

Do we need another midfielder or rather can we afford to strengthen there when we've got more urgent positions to cover?

Warnock originally said he wanted a midfielder to compete with Gunnars, but Drinkwater is much closer to Arter in style. Striker and rightback are priorities, but we need a genuine holding midfielder, especially as Gunnars is out of contract at the end of this season.
