Ex TV Sports Presenter - Nutter or Visionary

This Guy - David Icke - Used to be a Sports presenter for the BBC But got sacked and ridiculed for his weird and controversial views.

Been looking at some of his Youtube posts.

Nutter - but I have replied just to admire the 1976 shirt. No better city shirt ever but one of the best ever shirts of any team anywhere. Few can match it - maybe some old Sampdoria or Italy national team ones. Some of the old West Germany ones. The classic Brazil one. Got to be in an all time Top Ten. I wonder who designed it?

He's intelligent enough to have spotted a great deal of stuff which people are meant to miss, but I sufficiently educated to study the matter properly, or reject that which can be disproved logically.He also tends to make up the bits which you can't know and state them as fact.
Thus, he comes up with a lot of good perceptive stuff, but rather spoils it by including things which we can discount logically , and includes many of his own whacky theories which are unsupportable with evidence.

In short, you've got to give him credit for challenging some of the big lies and deceptions inflicted upon the public, but then he's a nuisance in a way too because he adds credibility to the idea that anyone who notices serious and very provable inconsistencies in what the public are being told , or suggests that politicians might lie to us must be bonkers.

I have watched a few of his youtube videos and agree with your comment.

Some of the stuff he says makes perfect sense and agree with it BUT then he seems to spoil it by saying some ridiculous stuff or comments just plucked out of the air.

But, good that we have different views to listen too and make our own judgments about them and be able to voice our opinions as well.

Absolutely. If we all has exactly the same opinion then we might as well surrender to those who tinker with public perception of reality. The fact that you've considered the man's work, ( which does have some value), instead of being put off by the inactation "conspiracy theory" shows that you have a level of intelligence which deserves respect .

Bit tired tonight , but I'd certainly like to continue the conversation when I'm more awake. There are some very interesting aspects to Mr Ike's work which are a bit sinister actually - but that's for another time because I've been putting plaster board onto the ceiling of something I'm building all day and I'm really too old to do that stuff if I'm honest so I can hardly stay awake at this point !
