Gunnarsson the secret recipe for Kenneth Zohore...

If you cast your mind a few months back, Zohore just wasn't finding any sort of form for us at the start of the premier league season before his injury.
During his spell in our first few games in the PL, he didn't once play at the same time as Aron Gunnarsson was playing. Is there a secret bromance of sorts with them two because when I watch most of Zohores goals for us since the 16/17 season, alot of the time Gunnarsson is the first person to jump on Zohore to celebrate and in some instances Zohore is even piggy backing him. Looking back they seem to have that chemistry with each other.
I'm not saying it's right that he can't switch it on if Gunnarsson isn't playing, but it's just an observation. Is it just a coincidence or is there an actual bromance between the two? Have a look back for yourselves if you like, They both assisted each other a couple of times and they seem to play well when they're both in the team at the same time.

This originally just a fun theory after watching some old footage. But I've tried to see if I can prove my point...and check this out.
How many goals did Zohore score when Gunnarsson was on the pitch?
Games with Gunnarsson: 41
Goals: 14
How many goals did Zohore score WITHOUT Gunnarsson in the starting 11?
Games without Gunnarsson: 39
Goals: 9
This doesn't tell too much, but it too time to calculate so thought I'd share it. I'd also mention that my point includes performance levels as much as it does goals too.

You may be on to something.
I'd noticed a similar trend myself but I'd been too embarrassed to mention it till I saw your post.
Cardiff have never won an FA Cup final when Vince Alm was in the crowd or watching the game on tv.
In fact, the only time they've prevailed in a cup final was against Arsenal in 1927, and it was noted on the telegraphic forums of the day that Vince had not turned up that day.
His absence has never been explained in fact, and he has never commented on it as far as I know. Well, this remains one of the great mysteries of the club, and and we may never know what he was actually up to that day, but I don't think anyone can deny that there's an obvious connection.
