What an excellent show, regardless of the scoreline. Interview in the office with Warnock was a nice touch. Nice to perform on the main show too!

And neutral. Didn't get any of the preconceived ideas about us.

I refuse to watch that tripe. Sky sports news just showed the highlights. Apart from Wolves goal and one chance near the end it was our goals and about 5 other decent chances.
Probably a fair summary to be honest.

I am watching it back now and I have to say fair do”s to Sky Sports made a good effort and also Carragher and Neville very informative with their comments especially about how we are set up to play.
We never gave up or stop trying tonight , congratulations to Neil, the coaches and the team
Happy 70th Birthday Mr Warnock

Neville and Carragher are hands-down the best pundits around.
They’ll always be fair in what they say with no bias (even when they’re talking about their own clubs) and you can tell they research every team properly. You don’t get lazy comments from them like some other pundits who haven’t done any research.
There’s a few videos of them on one of Sky Sports’ YouTube channels where they went to the place where referees train. Worth watching.
Thought they were really fair on both teams tonight and it was great to hear us get some credit.

Gary Neville and Jamie Carragher explain how Cardiff City 'nullified' Wolves and debate Callum Paterson 'foul' on Rui PatricioBy Dominic BoothThe former Manchester United and Liverpool defenders were full of glowing praise for Neil Warnock's menSky Sports punditry duo Gary Neville and Jamie Carragher ran the rule over Cardiff City’s 2-1 win over Wolves, handing out no shortage of praise to Neil Warnock’s side.
The pair analysed how Cardiff romped to their third victory of the season, debated a potential foul by Callum Paterson just before Aron Gunnarsson made it 1-1 and talked about how the Bluebirds stifled Wolves.
This is how their post-match debate unfolded, starting when presenter Kelly Cates asked what prompted Cardiff’s dramatic improvement in the second half...
Carragher:
“Well it sounds like the words from the manager at half-time.
"I actually thought he was being a little bit harsh on his team in the first half, he was talking about maybe getting in their faces a bit more. They did up the tempo in the second half, but I think from minute one I didn’t see any of the football I’ve seen from Wolves, or any of the control they’ve shown in certain games.
“Cardiff never allowed them to play their normal game. They nullified completely the two central midfield players, all but for a five-minute period at the start of the second half.
“Neil said they didn’t pick up enough second balls but I felt they were. That’s why they went on to win the game.“Great atmosphere in here as well, they lifted the place. And you talk about style of football – I’ve said before I like watching different things and how teams cope. Wolves could not cope with Cardiff tonight.”The broadcaster then interviewed Cardiff skipper Sean Morrison and Wolves boss Nuno Espirito Santo, with the latter claiming Callum Paterson fouled goalkeeper Rui Patricio in the build up to Gunnarsson’s goal.
Presenter Cates then asks former Manchester United defender Neville his views on the incident.
Neville:
“I thought there’s a particular angle that you can see here (they play a replay), where Paterson has a look at the goalkeeper and he just looks at the keeper and not the ball so I can see why it might be given.
“But I thought it typified what Wolves have been tonight and that’s a bit weak.
"The goalkeeper needs to be stronger there, get him out of the way and make sure he doesn’t get blocked. It typified their overall mentality.”Carragher:
“No I didn’t think it was a foul. I just thought it was sort of borderline but not quite enough.
"It was clever from Paterson he saw the goalkeeper and thought ‘is he going to punch it?’, Morrison gets the header and he’s just blocking someone off rather than fouling him, holding his ground and it’s not enough, the goalkeeper has got to be stronger there."

On Paterson incident other pundits were mixed about it, but one thing is for sure VAR would have given a foul, as explained by Neville.

Pato stood his ground and it was no more than that but the keeper was weak and should've done better

People have a go at the pundits and media but I'll be honest other than the odd article or pundit that says things for attention (Sutton) I think the majority have been fair. Yes most tipped us for relation but I think if we weren't City fans we would have done the same.

When watching the game from the Cantin, I thought he just stood his ground because he doesn’t have to get out of the way.
