SHOULD IT BE A SELL OUT UNDER THE LIGHTS IN THE PREMIER

Thu Nov 29, 2018 9:48 pm

Just thinking its our first under the lights in the premier which in itself create's a different atmosphere i was hoping it would be a sell out for that reason alone, are we near to a full house? or is it to difficult to get to and from on a friday night, trains all f..ked up wolves fans are finding it an awkward time and along with rd closures, and with it been on sky live are fans from surrounding areas going to get there and back i travel 3 hours one way and the guy next to me travels up from Brighton for all home games but doubt he will make this one, just hope it is near a full one we need the best atmosphere to put the pressure on the black country boys .

Fair play though Wolves have sold their 3,000 allocation and on a Friday night, with M50 closed will take them well over 3hrs to drive to Cardiff :thumbright:

Allan,
Some Wolves reckon it could take them up to 4hrs on a Friday those that live towards the North of Wolverhampton.

Carl reckons from Skewen will take him about 50mins.

Wales vs Denmark took me 2.5 hours from Weston Super Mare. Not expecting any better tonight!

A crowd of anything over 30k will be decent

The crowds this season home and away have been impressive in both numbers and noise

Yes, that's a great response from the Wolves supporters; particularly under the circumstances on a cold, wet Friday night with M50 closures and other issues on the M5, etc. :thumbright:

Wolves support will provide some humour with their Black Country dialect and their unwavering belief that they are still the biggest club in the world. I still chuckle at their after match bitterness when we beat them at their place last season in what was (for me at least) one of our best and most satisfying wins of the season!

They seem to love Neil Warnock, too! They spent the whole game chanting his name and it was fully appreciated by Neil, who took time out to wave back at them whenever he could!

He loves it, does Neil Warnock!

From the game last season...

"I'm pleased that we dug in, especially when you lose the goal as well, which gives them the impetus and the crowd. It's a great crowd at Molineux and you can see how much they love me. I revel in that, it spurs me on if anything.

"We won as a team, we haven't got any stars."

"I said to one of the young lads outside who wanted an autograph 'you'll be going home disappointed tonight son'. Another guy a big mouth, shouted to me 'Warnock you've no chance today'. I said 'well you come and see my after when I'm getting on the bus'...but I bet he's not there!"

Leckwith roundabout is terrible this evening and that’s at 5.30.
Plenty of money for the council though as the yellow hatched areas are full of cars who do not realise there are now traffic cameras picking them up.
